A. Touch points:
The following are the touch points through which the clients can get their issues/concerns/queries addressed through any one of the following:

- Send a letter by post or courier addressed to the Manager Customer Care team to Branch or Registered Office
- Client can also visit the AP /Branch / Registered office for submission of his grievance. The respective customer care Executive to record and ensure that the grievance is redressed to the satisfaction of the client.
B. Redressal / Resolution of grievance :
On receipt of complaint an acknowledgment copy should sent to the client on the same day. The grievance needs to be resolved within a TAT of 7 days and not later than 30 days as defined by SEBI / Exchanges / Depositories.
C. Escalation Matrix
In case the customer has approached for grievance and is not satisfied with the response he may escalate the issue/complaint. The escalation Matrix is defined and displayed on our website in the contact us section as per NSE , BSE and CDSL Circulars. Contact Us – InCred Equities.
The Customer Care team is responsible for resolving all Investor Grievances received by them. The Head of Customer Grievance will supervise the Policy. The compliance Officer of Incred Capital will regularly monitor and review complaints according to its nature, originating Branch / Authorised Person/ against a particular Dealer or Employee etc.
